H5 BIRD FLU PREPARATION: HELP PROTECT VULNERABLE ANIMALS
Your support will fund protective equipment, quarantine capacity, veterinary resources, specialist training and additional frontline support - helping keep vulnerable animals and the people caring for them as safe as possible.
Every year, kind people like you help care for around 42,000 animals, including approximately 27,000 wildlife patients. Almost six in every 10 wildlife patients are native birds, meaning an outbreak could place enormous pressure on the animals already relying on us.
That's why your support today matters so much.
With H5 Bird Flu now confirmed in Queensland, government authorities are leading the official disease response, with RSPCA Queensland contributing vital animal welfare expertise. Your support will help ensure our teams are ready to safely care for animals who come through our doors, whilst protecting the dedicated people caring for them.
Please don't wait until more animals are affected.
Donate today to help protect Queensland's animals.
