Enduring six months of neglect and abandonment, Panda, a 4-year-old Border Collie, was rescued by RSPCA QLD.
Facing the threat of death from hypothermia, dehydration, and starvation due to severe neglect, Panda's journey involves sarcoptic mange, a contagious skin condition that, if left untreated, could be fatal. Mites burrow, causing constant discomfort and intense scratching.
Panda urgently needs your support for medication and baths that will give him a chance at recovery and a loving home.
